You advertised this place with free breakfast , and there was only coffee and muffins or sweet bread, the parking needes to be in better shape,the picture in expedia shows the hotel with a restaurant in the building but is not open.for the price yiu pay dayli is not worth it,the staff is nice no conplaints,the pool needs to be cleaned more often,they dont have coffee machines in the rooms and no fridge.you have to ask them to get a fridge.

The first room we received had ants crawling everywhere so we were switched into a new room. The new room had no bugs, but it had stains on the tub and countertop.

The day we arrived we were received by a great customer service agent. The following day we had warmed up leftovers from the previous night and got coffee and danishes. There was a different customer service agent in the morning, I asked him if he could provide us with silverware. He told me they didnā€™t have silverware and danishes are eaten with fingers so we need to use our fingers. I had to ask a housekeeper to provide us some silverware so we could eat our food. We will not be staying here again. This customer service agent should not be dealing with the public.

Terrible experience. Under renovation but not stated anywhere. Spa not working. Bar/lounge closed. Restauranrt closed. Clipper Cafe Closed. No breakfast. Vending machine not working. Decision to go there was for the amenities. None available. Place was dirty. Landscape overgrown. As stated terrible experience .

Not a safe property , smell of Marijuana was so strong in the entire hotel that it feels like that I was on a property where it was legal to smoke. Plenty of gangster like peeps were just hanging out by the pool area and feels like they were just squatters hangout. No coffee machine , no microwave and no refrigerator in the room. my rooms dead bolt was moved from one location to other so one must say that the room was stormed multiple times in the past, that makes me feel very unsafe when sleeping with kids. Overall this is a shady place, I would not recommend unless you want to hang out with bunch of scary looking people just hanging out by the pool or the area around the property.

NO FREE PARKING. Dirty smelled like it was a smoking property despite the many signs, old and dirty. NO BREAKFAST, unless a mini muffin and coffe does it for you. NO CRIB, Noisy and unsafe, many doors open with people speaking loudly and let's just say, questionable activities. It seemed like a good deal, but after check in, it was clear why.

I'm sorry, but my wife and I won't be staying here anymore. Way to run down, needing numerous repairs, even the parking areas are terrible, big pot holes. We felt very unsafe there inside and out. I was even worried about leaving our vehicle parked in the back parking lot. Looks like not many people stay here anymore. Won't be coming back.

Your property manager was the best. Staff was great. Sure wished Caffe was open. Had family with small children. Would have been so convenient to have had it open. Having to go out for meals made it too stressful. Had no idea it was closed.

It was once a Marriott so the rooms are nice, clean and big. You can park here with a trailer like I have. The issue is there are no refrigerators or microwaves. At the rate they charge there should be at least some kind of food service, perhaps breakfast, there is none. I lived very close to here and know this area. I would not recommend walking to 7-11, especially at night. There are homeless living on the side streets.
