This property is tucked away in a nice quiet area but yet just a mile away from restaurants and shopping. We were going to a tournament at Mt. Sac and the drive was quick and easy no freeway required to get to the school.

The hotel did a great job, very clean and great staff. The rooms were fantastic. The bath tubs are very deep which we liked for soaking after walking all day but if ur older might be a tiny bit hard to get into. Breakfast was great each day. Thank you we will be back!

Diamond Bar is a small safe well to do city. I was most impressed with the bed/pillows spacious room. I had a great sleep and I’ve experienced all types of hotels and airbnbs and getting a good nights rest is most important when it comes to homes away from home. The free breakfast was great and the afternoon wine and snacks were a treat. I will book here again for sure.

Everything about this hotel is very good, especially I need mention again that is quietness, though it is close to highway, but you donot hear the noise inside hotel and inside room. Btw breakfast is also very good . We choose it again .

Above all the staff was amazing. The front desk was helpful. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They helped us to make sure our room was to our liking. The breakfast staff was amazing. I highly recommend this location.

The hotel was comfortable. The room air conditioner was working well and nice and quiet. The blackout curtains were great! The room was nicely renovated and had amenities.

Breakfast was okay. Nothing really great and it repeated itself every couple of days. Room had ants in it when we checked in the first day and they had to finally spray the room to get rid of the ants and then a couple of spiders came out from the spray. Beds were not comfortable as they seemed like they needed to be replaced and bathroom door at the bottom was rusted due to water from the shower.

The staff was not helpful at all!! They get condescending and defensive even though it was completely understandable that the power outtage we experienced was not their fault. The least they should have done is called a manager to the site so the guests were updated in an honest manner. Others present were nothing but a bunch of liars telling us they could not do anything at all!!!!!
