We arrived about 7:00pm. I don’t know if they gave us the last room which was next to the highway or our punishment for booking thru ORBITZ. It was really noisy after 5AM.

A happy guest
My shower did not provide enough water pressure, one call to the office and a maintenance person showed right up and did the repair in just a few minutes. Apparently a he changed out a part and the shower worked great.

Since we arrived check in took forever they kept on having computer problems. The staff told me they would get someone else to help me because they needed to leave, but when they went to check they made him help me. Then I was supposed to get VIP beverage vouchers but they didn’t work had to complain still didn’t get that resolved where never honored. We had to pay for parking and there was no parking spaces. When we entered room hallway smelled like marijuana, my son coughed all night and the next night as well. They had Mattresses around the side corner and a guy drinking something in a brown bag because we were trying to find parking. The lights in the room weren’t working. Then the TV wouldn’t work and we had to have someone come into the room late at night. It was very noisy all night long. Completely unhappy stay. Never again
