Me and my wife really was satisfied with the room and the service. Will definitely put this hotel on my to stay list. The outside drew me off. But once step in the hotel I was satisfied. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

We were in LA to visit some colleges. The hotel was well located and had a very nice vibe. Everything was very clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was nice. The daily cost of parking was also reasonable. It was easy walking to many great restaurants and also the Metro. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The Bad: the room smelled of urine. (room #321). When I took my shoes off, the carpet was damp. I thought the smell came from outside, but when I closed the window, the urine came from the room. When I told the front office I wanted to check out early, they did not ask about the reason. I appears that this may happen often. The staff was not friendly or attentive. The ladies at breakfast were very rude and would ignore you. (except for the Asian lady). She was very nice, smiled, and made sure the guests were comfortable. The hallways were hot an humid. There was no ventilation in the hallway. I get that the hotel was located in LA, but it was not clean, and and gross. The GOOD: The beds were comfortable (but the urine smell of the room caused me some anxiety). The bathroom was clean. The drains were clogged and it took a while for the water to drain. The sofa was comfortable (and clean). The coffee machine in the front office was awesome.

Hôtel bien propre, situé proche du métro. Il y a un déjeuner chaud que j’ai beaucoup apprécié, c’est assez rare maintenant. Le seul chose, c’est sale au alentour de l’hôtel et peut-être moins safe en soirée même si rien nous aient arrivé. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Great staff! Very friendly, desk , cleankng, and breakfast staff all very cool and kind. The roundabouts are walkable during daylight as everywhere in LA. The hotel is one block from wilshier Metro Station so My wife and I hit It to Santa Mónica one day, and Warner Bros another day. Parking Lot and lobby entrance have security guard 24/7, room very clean, (they clean It daily which was amazing for todays standard) , We definitely gonna feel secure and comfy here , we Will get back here on our Next travel to LA. Thank You guys!

Conveniently located in Koreatown, the hotel offers a wealth of dining options nearby, and the overnight parking was reasonably priced. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is quite run down and poorly maintained. The carpets appear to have gone unchanged and unwashed for over 30 years, and the bedside tables were covered in dust and hadn't been wiped down. It seems that housekeeping primarily changes the bed sheets and refills bathroom towels, with little attention to overall cleanliness.
