Great Stay
I love staying here. It’s right next to Magic Mountain and the area is nice. Beds are comfy and they have a really good breakfast. We always stay here, when we visit.

Didn't get what I was charged for
The check-in process was easy and the staff were helpful. However, I paid for a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. I did not get what I paid for. I will take this up with the hotels.com and the hotel directly for answers and resolution. Other than that the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very good. I would suggest they have more waffle makers available on the weekends due to the heavy traffic of families staying there because of visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Our stay at the Inn was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly right from check-in. The hotel and our room both had that new fresh scent that was pleasing. The room was very clean and comfortable, bed a little firm. We were there for MM which was only a 20-30 minute walk. The continental breakfast was amazing, lots of good fun options. The jacuzzi was very relaxing.

Front desk staff very friendly, the maid walked in 45 mins early before check out without knocking (in the middle of changing)... called the front desk once we got home (10/13 )the told me they left my contact # for the manager to call me in the morning (10/14) its now 10/15 and havent heard anything was hopeing to give them the benefit of doubt wasnt expecting anything other then a call to let me know they where sorry but i didnt receive, but i would rate this 2/5 (nice staff / clean room) the room had some damage but its not somthing that bothers me only chose the hotel for the location.
