The Space:
Thoughtfully designed to maximize your experience, this one bedroom, one bath condo has exquisite ocean views and is packed with comfort to enjoy the soothing ocean sounds in any corner of the condo. The serene atmosphere of the space has all you need to create your own beachfront oasis and take you away from the buzzing city vibes. Located just off the PCH with direct access to the beach, yet still close to local shopping areas and eateries.

The guests get to enjoy the ocean breeze from the main living space and kitchen while enjoying the best of the Californian sunsets. Outfitted with a fully stacked kitchen, bathroom and outdoor dining deck this will surely ease you into a comfortable stay like no other before grabbing the paddle boards and hitting the waves.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and the tandem carport driveway to park directly off of PCH. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

The Neighborhood:
15 minutes of the Santa Monica Pier to the East and 5 minutes away from Malibu pier to the West! Popular local restaurants include Nobu Malibu, Moonshadows, Mastro's Steakhouse and Ocean Club, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, Duke's, Geoffrey's, Malibu Farm Pier Cafe, Mr. Chow Malibu, Rosenthal Malibu Winery Estate and Beach Bar and Cafe at the Getty Villa. Close to Malibu Winery, Escondido Water Falls and The Grotto Water Falls.

Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

Interaction with Guests:
The Open Air Homes team is dedicated to making sure you have a great experience staying with us! We use a centralized texting service and have an international team so that we can provide you with 24/7 communication. You can rest assured that someone from the Open Air team will be there should you need us at any hour of the night.

*For cancellations, we charge a 4.5% fee if you decide to cancel your stay even if the policy states a full refund.
