Very eclectic and reminded me of a place I would stay in Japan. Perfect for meet ups or a place to relax and located close to arts district with great restaurants and an easy drive to USC or LAX. Loved the use of technology, the rooftop gym and the bar and lounge areas. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Had a great experience and it was safe.
The lobby was great and the room was nice. However, he room was too small for the price I paid, it could have been bigger or lower price. Also, breakfast should be included for that price.

Overall pretty good , wish they allowed dogs. My shower didn’t have body wash and wasn’t all the way cleaned and the floors in room could’ve been more cleaned . Lobby was nice and staff was nice , roof was closed kind of early at nite so that was a bummer but the gym was a cool feature .

Citizen M LA is one of my very favorites! Always glad when I have an event in downtown as I know It will be fantastic stay! Love the little pod room with the super big, extremely comfy bed! The tablet controls are fun and convenient! Love the huge welcoming lobby and great bar! Also a fantastic breakfast buffet ! As usual, the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Downtown LA not the greatest area, homeless etc - but no fault of hotel and doors are secured by key entry along with security to prevent non guests from entering. Can’t recommend this great hotel enough - and can’t wait for my next visit!

The tech (all room features operated by ipad) were fun but also at times a bit unwieldy/inconvenient/overnegoneered. Nice little room, though, and great lobby with great bfast and bar/cafe.
