Very careless staff did the poor job and ruined our family vacation. Gave one bedroom standard room to the booking of two bedrooms suite and charged the same amount. And then not keeping their own words, not notifying after cleaning the right room and made us wait for more than one hour. The worst check in experience ever.

The bed was too soft, and the pillows flattened out with no support. The toilet paper was so cheap it soaked thru instantly. The bidet was nice, especially the heated seat. 5Fifty Five restaurant was good for a quick meal, we had burgers.

We chose this hotel due to proximity to dodger stadium. Very central location, close to Pasadena, Alhambra, Long Beach, and downtown LA. Excellent Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants as well as grocery stores within walkable distance. Facilities were spotless and staff was nice. The only complaint we have is the thermostat in our room was broken so we were freezing each night we stayed in LA. We did not complain, just bundled up. We would stay here again.
