Room with 2 king was spacious and comfortable. Front desk who checked us in was courteous and offered a list of different dinner places for our family. Second front desk attendant was much less enthusiastic and seemed uninterested in helping when I asked for more pool towels and purchased snacks. Pool was nice with a lot of families coming and going. Unfortunately 2 families were out with groups of young kids who were diving and being inappropriate in the pool, they got into the hot tub and were splashing everyone (understandably not the hotels fault). Overall, great hotel. Would stay there again.

The staff. They are alll so warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond for the clientele. They had some issues withbtheir key card system, and had to escort guests to their rooms to let them in. I checked in around 6:30, they had been doingvthis all day and were still smiling , warm and hospitable. Love this place.
