El desayuno no es bueno solo tiene fruta, tocino, salchicha y huevo y tiene un costo de 25 dlls por persona La habitación fueron a tocarnos diariamente y el último día tocaron la puerta desde las 8 am y 11 y 12 pm En el lugar hay funerales y demás eventos Pedí anticipadamente que limpiaran el cuarto todos los días y no lo hicieron, el primer día no lo limpiaron y tuve que volverlo a pedir Reservé para 4 adultos y solo ponen 2 toallas en el cuarto, teníamos que pedir todos los días toallas

The worst experience of my life! It was Christmas Eve and they canceled my booking. I was told they over booked. No one cared that I had paid in advance months ago. I have Hilton honors a gold member. This did not matter. They sent me to a double tree hotel in Whittier. Much nicer than the Rosemead hotel. However it was 40 minutes from my family’s home.

I regret to inform you of my unsatisfactory experience at your hotel on December 21, 2024. Upon check-in at approximately 7 PM, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay: Reception Service: The front desk staff lady was not welcoming or accommodating. Room Assignment: Initially, I was given a room that required walking outdoors to access. When I inquired about noise levels, the staff member confirmed it would be noisy. Upon requesting a quieter room due to a light sleeper in my party, I was informed no alternatives were available. Eventually, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, which had the longest distance from the lobby. Room Quality: The assigned room was adjacent to a busy freeway, resulting in significant noise disturbance that prevented my children from sleeping. As a loyal patron who has frequented this establishment for over a decade, I am deeply disappointed by the decline in service quality. This experience has regrettably led me to reconsider my future accommodations, and I do not anticipate returning to this hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the guest experience for future visitors.
