There was lot of noise coming from outside such as car noises, street buskers past midnight and occasionally even at 2-4AM. The AC would also make random rumbles during the night. Other than the noise, the valet service was very good and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious for our family, tidy and clean. When we needed to get extra towels, it was delivered to the room very quickly.

This was my second time visiting the hotel. Convenient location however I did not get my VIP access. Wasn’t thoroughly able to enjoy my birthday visit as I got a knock on the door from security twice complaining of “noise” 1st time we were listening to music, however the second time I was asleep on Ambien!

Lobby was very nice and clean. Room was very clean and the hotel was walking distance to shopping centers and walking distance to the crypto arena. They only offer valet parking in the hotel and that is $55 per night.

My grandson and I stayed here one night while attending a concert at BMO Stadium. It was a great experience from the minute we pulled in the drive. The valet parking was well worth the $ we paid (such friendly service too). Upon entering the lobby, first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and it smelled great. The front des staff was so accommodating, helpful, and kind. They even took the time to teach us how to use the downtown metro train. The room was comfortable, clean and quite. We will stay there again! Excellent
