I was told the hot tub was operational when in fact it was under construction since at least a week prior. Also there was what appeared yo be feces on the large bathroom towel once it was unfolded to be used.

We have always stayed at ES but this was disappointing. The room was great. The restaurant is not a restaurant but a small bar w a “take out” menu that was all plastic. Requests for coffee or towels (they only service the room if you ask) were not received.

We booked two rooms and both are clean. It's located nearby the Airport. Hotel shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient. But flights taking off make noise. The hotel has no parking. Drop-off parking is limited only 15 minutes. Great breakfast and nice staff. One problem for us is we were charged 16 dollars in extra for unknown reason.
