Hotel was fine. Nothing wrong with it. Lots of rooms. Hotel was clean etc. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport was convenient. The only real issue is we were there with two small kids for two days. Just passing through really but had intended trying to see venice beach and Santa Monica pier but public transport is non existant unless you use Uber. But impossible to find Uber with car seats. If you're not hiring a car and have kids I wouldn't recommend the location

Very nice the only problem is when it came for the bus to the airport we messed up and missed the 12 p.m bus and waited for the 1 p.m bus but the driver ended up calling out. Totally not something they could have planned for just was our fault for missing the 12p.m bus but they did offer refunds for Lyfts and taxis.

Good hotel close to LAX. Big rooms and shuttle to airport. Just be aware shuttle works on a timetable so work around this. The breakfast was good with fresh made eggs
