This property needs a major upgrade. I stayed for a night in the West wing which is very outdated, and the carpet looks old and dirty. I think there's bed bugs cos I had several tiny bites on my arm the next morning. The toilet was constantly blocked and was leaking which was disgusting. The walls are very thin and I could hear the couple next door having sex all day and night. Also it's a long way to walk with 3 suitcases. The staff did not offer to help with my baggage. Dinner menu at the bar was below average and some items were not available. Probably the best part of my stay here was the friendly female bartender, the efficient shuttle service and nice breakfast.

Hotel is cheap and close to the airport. Wasn’t exactly thrilled to find multiple strands of long, curly hair on my bed that weren’t mine (I’m bald), and a dirty hand towel in the bathroom. Went downstairs to grab a drink to a bartender who was just sitting on her phone at a seat at the bar, the place overall just wasn’t really doing it for me.

Parking was about a half block away, having to carry in work equipment back and forth took time. Parking exit would not open with hotel key that we had paid for parking. Had to call everytime, sometimes no one would answer. We found another exit that was open all the time and started using that.
