This is my second stay in this hotel. The location is very convenient most especially the shuttle service! Drivers are nice and courteous. Hotel staff are superb and very accomodating especially Ms.Ashley! Love love love this hotel! clean and quiet! Will be back again. THANK YOU!.

Parking was about a half block away, having to carry in work equipment back and forth took time. Parking exit would not open with hotel key that we had paid for parking. Had to call everytime, sometimes no one would answer. We found another exit that was open all the time and started using that.

I will always come back here. They have everything you could want and a very affordable price. The only cons are 1. The elevators are small 2. The property has a strange smell but you somehow getbused to it 3. They need more staff at the front desk because it gets crowded quickly. . T The staff are the best!! Very friendly and helpful and patient and welcoming. All of them were great. The room was clean and pleasant. The pool was warm The gym was well attended. Everything was great. I recommend.

We waited 45 minutes for our shiluttle, our room wasn't ready for our late night arrival. Our sink was hard to shut off. There were marks on the wall of our room. We liked the breakfast.

It was so great to find a hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport, Intuit Dome and Marina del Rey all in one!!! The shuttle to and from the airport was so appreciated! A beautiful outdoor heated pool and patio area. Really a great choice for my purposes and conveniently located to grocery, pharmacy and dining choices.

Busy place but okay.
Rooms alright. Can't check in a second before 3pm so there's a line out the door when you can. Front desk were very blunt but got better outside of peak times. Parkings Is in a random unsecured lot around the corner and is $45 a night. Wouldn't let people out. Got stuck at the gate 3 days in a row because of this. Help button didn't work one day and had to walk back into the hotel to get out while.my family (todler) sat in the car for 20 mins. 1 Park out the front to unload bags/kids and it was full for 20 mins. Place is a maze. Half the dryers in the laundry are broken. Maides were great and rooms were a good size and clean. Service and brefast was also great. I'd say I saw at least 50 flgiht staff a day come in and they all hang around in huge groups in the lobby at all times. Very vusy hotel but got proximity to the airport.
