Staff friendly, onsite restaurant bit limited in terms of menu options but staff were friendly. Rooms were noisy and not what you’d expect for a Sheraton. It was more motel than hotel

It's a outdated hotel. Hallway ruff carpet is hard pull the luggages. Found Cockroach on the floor on the hallway. Bathroom is floor and not clean..you can see the dirt all corners. It was nearly impossible to contact them over the phone. Key drop off for express exit was easy. Swimming pool was great and restaurant is open between 2pm-5pm.

The airport shuttle is unreliable! Had to take Lyft. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Someone prior to my stay had shaved and the hair was all over the tub. Disgusting.

I’ve stayed at your property in the past and have had the same issue. I ate in the bar both times but I wish I had taken “to go” Reason is it was freezing. I thought it was an isolated incident the first time, and when I returned it would be different. I was miserable . Like I mentioned, this exact experience happened and I was told it was because of the breezeway between the entry doors. All I can say is please please address this problem. I mentioned to others and they gave me a thumbs down about your hotel. I’d rather think you can improve the situation. I hate to think I need to wear a winter coat in California.
