Jaw-dropping city views are totally overwhelming as you approach this awesome home in the Hollywood Hills. The residence is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac which provides tremendous privacy. This extraordinary house has an abundance of natural light and includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a full guest house.

An ultra contemporary design encompasses an open floor plan with walls of glass overlooking the dramatic city landscape; The night-time city lights are a total "WOW"! The house features a living room with soaring ceilings, a large kitchen with center isle and spacious lounge area. The top floor is a full Master suite with sitting room, gigantic walk-in closet and a huge terrace off the bedroom. All of this PLUS an incredible guest house, (approximately 900 sq ft) which could be used as a studio, office, gym or or extra space for anything.


Please note: Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
