The staff and stay it’s was great. The room had a broken lamp shade and the ice machine was also broken on our floor. The parking was absolutely terrible. There’s more velvet than open guest parking and we were not informed until calling about the parking situation that we could park in reserved parking during the weekends only, even then there was little to no spaces left. We also not informed that upon booking that parking was not included being $35 a night.

I called ahead and spoke with a hotel representative and asked if a late check in would be possible. They informed me that it would not be a problem and they would make a note of it. When I arrived at the hotel the person working the front desk told was rude at told me that I was a no show and there was no longer a reservation for me. I tried to explain to him that I had called ahead and made arrangements but he did not seem to care. After he told me to basically get lost I ended up having to sleep in my car. I will never spend a dollar at a Hilton hotel again.

This hotel charged me WAY more than what it said on Hotels.com when I reserved it. I called to check what the additional charges are for and no one ever got back to me. And don’t get me started in the parking. Such a big hotel with VERY little parking for their guests.
