Only two of the four elevators worked in the main tower to the rooms. The other elevator in the lobby shook so so bad, and the door barely opened. I would not get in the elevator, I watched a few other visitors, trying to open the door and get out of the elevator. This elevator shook so bad. Seemed very unsafe to me. Both hot and cold water in the room barely trickled out of the sink. The tile in the room had multiple places where it was chipped, and coming off the floor. When the AC turned on, which did work really well. It smelt like they were blowing marijuana smoke into the rooms. But even in the lobby areas and elevators smelt like a hemp factory. Very disappointing overall, I’ve been a Hilton member for years, and never seen a Hilton look this bad.

Its a nice hotel and convenient with area to everything. Only complaints would be that check-in takes to long with long lines and too many people. Also, the elevators take way to long and are usually packed with people. Had to walk down 7 flights of stairs with our luggage because, every elevator was packed. Waited 20 minutes to get on before walking down the stairs. These areas needs improvement definitely

Hotel is really nice and was in a good area. We could walk to the pier to eat dinner. The duck fountain was cute. The shuttle to the ship was nice. We expected a wait but it wasn’t too bad.
