Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous for walking to Universal Hollywood. I will say the prices for food, beverage at the cafe and gift shop were high.

Usual convenience for park play
Front desk was lovely at checkin and got us adjoining rooms. The kids had a blast. Only issue was when they had a big wedding they blocked off a path for strollers and we either had to walk into oncoming traffic or cut through these peoples wedding.
