This place sucked!!

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Shower was dirty and unpractical, seemed like an unfinished construction job. Shower head was mounted at chest height for a 5’5” person and pointed toward the shower curtain that had nothing to hold the water in but a 1” ledge that was more of a tripping hazard than anything. So I had to hold the shower head my whole short shower since there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL. Wallpaper was peeling off and there was no working vent. A lot of these things I could just brush off, I get it, I’m not staying at a five star resort nor paying that price but having a shower that goes above room temperature water is something that is essential. What lost me as a customer completely was the fact that when I brought this up to the gentleman that was checking me out the next morning he completely breezed over it and did not offer even a simple apology. Terrible customer service! Their breakfast also sucked! Take your money elsewhere!

Overall, I had a good stay at this location. They offer a lot of options for the breakfast included with your stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff is polite and helpful. However, Wi-Fi reception/connectivity is spotty at best. I noticed some bits of trash when walking the hallway to/from my room, and the room itself could’ve used a bit more lighting. Other than that, and some noise from other guests, this is a safe & pleasant place to stay.

1- Twice I go up to my room on the 5th floor and the key doesn't work. 2-No Hot water. I went twice to the front desk and complained about the water temperature. The kids at the desk assured me that the service people looked at it and fixed the problem. Nothing was done, I took two cold showers after two long days of work. 3- Bed caved in, I can feel the mattress springs in my back. Horrible sleeping condition. Your hotel sucks!!!! $370 for two nights?? Shame on you Holiday inn

One of the cleaner, newer examples of the brand. Rooms were comfortable, outfitted w fridge and microwave, air conditioning worked well, and staff was polite and helpful. The hot breakfast was adequate, but if you want dining, a pool, or other amenities this is not your hotel. Nice shower in the tiny bathroom, but typical for SoCal - the shower output was a miserly trickle.
