This hotel was no where near as advertised with the photos. The entire place smelled like old cigar/cigarette smoke. The room was decent, however the refrigerator did not work. The blankets were very thin and kept from getting warm. And additional sheets were 30$. The area was not a great area. We heard car crashes, homeless people yelling all night and not to mention sirens all night. We had no cups to drink water with and when asking the front desk, they only provided one, very thin, plastic cup. On top of all of this, ten wall outlet was displaced and looked to be falling off the wall, 2 other outlets did not work. Horrible experience, you get what you pay does not explain this stay, it’s more than that.

To be honest I didn’t stay here. I drove up, was uncomfortable with the location and the look of the property, and I gave up my reservation and booked elsewhere. The cover photo is borderline misleading- this place is not nearly as nice as it looks from the pictures.

Place is clean but in dire need of upgrades. Area is not great. Bed felt like a giant futon. Had to put a top sheet on ourselves (although provided, wrapped in plastic with a warning it would cost us $24 if removed, but pleas enjoy the extra sheet if needed…so weird.) Run down rooms. Loud hallways.

1. We had to kill a spider from the light in the bathroom 2. Furniture was in horrible condition 3. It was dirty and gross 4. Vending machines did not work. 5. Plugs were shorting out and I had to unplug my phone as it was keeping everyone up 6. Gate was to read my plate but I didn’t have a front license plate on this car as there was no bracket. Had to keep pushing the buttons for help. STAFF WAS VEERY PLEASENT AND HELPFULL. BIR THEY HAS A LOT TO DO

The property itself looks fine on the outside but on the inside you have to go through the gates to get into the hotel. Buzzing in and out of the building. Key card is used for the elevator, your room, the gym, sauna, pool and too get into the moving doors. You lose it your stuck outside or have to call the front office. Everything is overpriced I was surprised they didn’t charge to get into the elevator. Bathroom was clean but not up to code, the toilet stopped running on our last day because it needed a new part. The beds are uncomfortable and so are the pillows, you can hear everything outside in the hallway, not worth the money.

No water in the rooms, the restaurant sells it for 5 bucks for a small bottle, the vending machine broke trying to get water out of it, so I went out to a street vendor and got some for 1 dollar a bottle. The rooms need a lot of work. They even charge for the internet if you connect more than 1 device. They also tried to double charge me for parking so I felt like I was lucky to get out of there with my wallet.
