Staff that checked us in was so incredibly nice and helpful. Check out was a bit confusing and we were given bad information on parking paying and how to go about. We had to go back in and then was given proper information on how to leave the lot. The price for parking was a tad ridiculous considering the location and ability to park for free around it.

The room has plenty of space and feels clean. Parking at the hotel is very convenient, and there are many dining options within walking distance. The surrounding environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, making it feel very comfortable.

Great Location but Lacking in the Finer Details
It's not the most customer-centric hotel I've enjoyed checking into. The same goes for finding particularly helpful when it came to breakfast. The "cafe" was inattentive and was not worth the wait wondering when I would be served. The good thing is that there were plenty of options within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
