Stayed before was great. This time the room was above a literal night club so the bass was going strong into the weee hours not ideal if trying to sleep. Bed sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart.

Changed rooms 4 times. 1st: they were remodelling the room right next to me, so building/drilling noise from 9am onwards. I asked to be moved to a quieter room. 2nd: even more noisier as faced the back alley, where homeless people drunk and partied all night. Plus, another room was also being remodelled across the hall, so they moved me to a worse room. Couldn’t sleep all night. They didn’t service room 2 for 2 consecutive days. 3rd: get a room facing the Main Street, but TV doesn’t work. 4th: finally get a room away from the remodelling and the homeless drunken alley. But keys don’t work! Hotel is a shambles.

Staff were not very friendly - there was no greeting or smile like in other hotels. Also not sure if there was an issue but there was a bad smell in the lobby area. Rooms are small and bathrooms are older.

I don’t know the frequency of the cleaning service, I saw the cleaning lady, but my room was not clean during my stay. The room had a good size, good beds. I think the sheets were a little smelly. The staff were pretty friendly

Cute lobby and street frontage. Elevator not walking and hallways were very dated and dirty looking. Room and Bathroom were fine though. This hotel is in a great location and suited us for our one night stay in Santa Monica.

The room was smaller than expected but it's good enough since we were only there to sleep. Great location, house keeping was great and fast everyday. Front desk personal was amazing as well. Very helpful with any questions or holding our luggage. I am very pleased with my stay.
