Very nice place. Loved the fire pits at night. Great location. Traveled with my dog. Plenty of areas to walk her around. Staff were all amazing. From front desk to housekeeper to restaurant staff they all were kind and helpful and made us feel welcome.

The lobby music could be heard throughout the night in the room and the elevator around the corner was extremely loud as well. When asked a question about wifi, the front staff was a bit dismissive. I travel weekly and this was one of the worst experiences and not recommended.

Hotel itself was ok. The location on the waterfront helps this hotel as well as restaurant on the waterfront helps calms the nerves a bit. It’s still Long Beach. Overall C-. Main reason for low rating was transportation that we paid for and upon returning from Catalina, the hotel charged th 120.00 or 40 per day in advance at checkout.The hotel offers a ride to the Catalina Expresss and back. When we returned, and called. The hotel and was like sorry no one available. Keeping mind this was a Monday afternoon at 2pm. Just a basic reminder if you offer a service that your customers pay for, then you should honor the service or refund the money

For the price it is not worth it. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The floors were filthy. The elevators were out of service and there was a man yelling all hours of the night. It definitely was not worth what we paid for. Do better Maya Hilton!

Very dirty bathroom. Pubic hair and hair strands in tub. Seemed like blood spot on walls, with white soap scum on wallpaper. Took pictures. Terrible. Very unsanitary. Management didn't seemed shocked.

Absolutely stunning property with spacious rooms, great dining options, and impressive views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms could use a bit more lighting, but that's a minor detail. Just a heads-up, parking is $40 per night, but overall, the experience was excellent.
