Regarding your concerns about renovations, please note that as a historic landmark, we are subject to strict preservation guidelines that prevent us from making significant changes to the property's design and architecture. While we cannot make major alterations to the building, we do regularly maintain and update our facilities to ensure they meet the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness. While we understand that our hotel may not appeal to everyone's taste, we take your feedback seriously and will continue to explore ways to improve the overall guest experience.
