I arrived with my family and my 1 year old child The room was not child friendly. There was no carpets and the bathroom was not clean. I asked them to move me because I had rented a room with a carpet. So they moved me to another room that smelled like cigarettes and tons of chemicals to mask that smell. And that was the only other room available. I told them that I would like to check out but they wouldn’t check me out. I left the hotel without staying there. They wouldn’t check me out and they kept me checked in for all 3 nights and charged me full amount. I reached out to Expedia but they couldn’t help. I still am waiting for a resolution. They advertise as family friendly but they were not at all and it’s pretty much false advertisement. They need to do the right thing and return my money. If you have a child DO NOT GO THERE, you will end up leaving and losing all your money

Worst breakfast offering I have ever seen! Awful! No protein! Cream cheese with NO BAGELS! We need to take medication with breakfast, we had to leave the property to get a meal adequate enough to take our morning vitamins. Ridiculous! Room was nice and well appointed. Orange is my least favorite color, but it wasn't over the top. GREAT view!! Not the best area though...the homeless issue is a MAJOR issue.
Step outside the property and see this right out front on Colorado Blvd. Gross.
