Stayed for one night with the family before the cruise. Comfortable stay, helpful staff, convenient location & very close to the port terminal. Clean & updated room. Had a restful night after a long drive. No hotel parking available. Covered public parking right next to the hotel available & may be expensive, but got a metered spot right in front of the hotel entrance that was free of charge until 9 AM.

The tall Caucasian guy was rude at check in did not explain amenities like he did with other guests. The rest of staff were friendly. Did not like that you have to bring your stuff from parking garage that is not property of hotel

Booked a double room.. definitely not a double occupancy room. Had to use the sofa bed, daughter broke out in hives while laying on the bed. Dusty, dirty, bed was super squeaky. We all kept sneezing in the room but when we went outside we were all fine.
