J’ai effectué ma réservation, il est écrit que l’on peut arriver jusque 23h sauf que quand je suis arrivée à 22h l’hôte me dit qu’il n’y a plus de lit disponible. J’ai été choqué et lui est dit que j’ai une réservation que j’ai payé et qu’il était tard pour trouver un autre hôtel dans une ville que je connais pas. J’ai du insisté pour qu’on finisse par me laisser dormir sur le canapé je vous laisse imaginer la nuit. Il y a une dame qui était dans la résidence et qui m’a dit que ce genre de problème se produisait souvent donc faite attention. Niveau hygiène ça passe et avantage près de l’aéroport. I made my reservation, it says that you can arrive until 11pm except that when I arrived at 10pm the host tells me that there are no more beds available. I was shocked and told him that I have a reservation that I paid for and that it was late to find another hotel in a city that I don't know. I had to insist so that they would end up letting me sleep on the couch, I'll let you imagine the night. There is a lady who was in the residence and who told me that this kind of problem happens often so be careful. In terms of hygiene it's okay and advantage near the airport.
