Despite me booking through Expedia, they took my card at the front desk, charged my card, but they could not give me a receipt for the amount I spent for the room. I think that is poor service that they offer these rate through different platforms but cannot give you a receipt for the money you spend with them. The gal at the front desk was all to happy to tell me today at 4:30 PM on 11/6/24 that she cannot help me because I booked through a third party. Terrible service and were not helpful in anyway.
trouble checking in with Expedia prepaid reservation took long time to check in because of system failure

Place seemed run down compare to other Wyndham hotels I've been to. Couch had damage, shower pressure was trash lighting in bathroom poor, elevator a little sketchy. However it did seem like they were making repairs or renovating.
This stay was pretty average. Honestly overall as far as the room quality goes I would give it a 2 star. The thing that stands out so much about the staff. I cannot express enough how much I loved my interactions with the staff and how nice they all were throughout my stay. From the desk staff to cleaning staff they were all excellent and if I could personally give them all raises I would. The thing about the room that made the stay difficult was the fact that most of the wall plugs didn't work or if they did, the things we had plugged in would fall out. And our room had hardwood floor that you could tell haven't been washed in .. ever? Walking on the hardwood floor would leave our feet black.. and the room would kinda smell like feet from the floor. The rest of the experience was in good shape. I wish there was just more love thrown into this facility because the people who work there definitely try their hardest. I'm not extremely satisfied with my room, but the staff and help from them really made it worth it.

The parking lot asphalt was bumpy from tree roots under the pavement. The exterior lights were apparently on a timer and were not on (parking lot AND exterior hallways). It was completely dark and not safe to be in the parking lot. When I called to tell the desk that the lights were all off, I was told she didn't know anything about how to turn them on and that maintenance wasn't there. I already don't like hotels with exterior entrances, but having the hotel completely dark was another level of usafe.
The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable and there was a lot of dog poop outside. Other than that my experience was good. I would stay there again.
Ok but the shower turns on but how you get the shower to come out at the top is still a total mystery. And no one at the counter. So now shower fit me.
A/c has a water leak on the floor and the south night stand lamp is also a mystery on how to turn it on
The television clicker worked the best of any clicker is in recent stays.

Overall a very pleasant room and a terrific buffet breakfast.
I rated the condition only average because the water pressure in the shower was pitiful. Everything else was good.
The staff was super nice and very responsive when we needed stuff in the room. The beds were actually really comfortable and it was quiet. You could tell it was packed at night, but even with all of the traffic it was quiet.
The only negative that I would have for this hotel would be the breakfast they offer. Every day they had some type of hot breakfast such as potatoes and bacon or sausage, and unless I missed it every day there was never any scrambled eggs and when they made biscuits and gravy, the gravy was very watery and not good. I know the breakfast might be a silly thing to complain about, but, we specifically stayed there because they had breakfast to offset a cost.
We got to our room and found the bath tub faucet leaking, we advise the front desk and thought its not bothering us so decided to stay. Went to the pool, came back to find out the shower was not working at all. Moved rooms, seemed like the vanity was over a sewer type clean-out. Stinky! The towels were stained. Complimentary breakfast could be better, coffee grounds could be seen in my coffee. Needs to updated, everything seemed to be very old.
