The room was clean and comfortable but it was outdated. window film was all coming out and could not see through the window well. However, it was a comfortable one night.

Beware of Appearances

The room was spacious and everything appeared clean, including the carpet which was dark in color. However, we later discovered that the bottom of the white slippers we wore, which were provided by the hotel, were black.This was a clear indication that the carpet is in need of a good shampoo. I believe that vacuuming is being done on a regular basis, but a deep thorough cleansing of the carpets is definitely needed.

I was shocked when i was told it was $50.00 to park. In the site it just says parking didn't state it was valet paid parking only. That should be stated in the accommodations. As much as the room was should be able to park without such a large fee or a smaller fee. Other than that the stay was excellent. Staff was great.

I wished to cancel my reservation because the event I was to attend in LA had been cancelled. I could not do so without downloading the Expedia App, though my reservation had been taken without using the App. Expedia offers only Ai customer 'service.' No phone that I could find. The App scrapes and shares a whole lot of data. Decided to pay for the privilege of privacy and avoid the site whenever possible.
