All the staff, food excellent service everyone in the facility was excellent. The rooms need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Peeling wallpaper, water damage to drywall and baseboard and warped door from water damage bathroom.

Location was amazing. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious. Pool is beautiful. Service is great. There is a boutique swim shop at the hotel. Must go!:)

The property doesn’t hold value for the nightly rate they charge, amenities like in house car is only for name sake, skybar where the pool is usually busy in the evenings during weekend for parties, it would be good during the day, skybar is not on terrace, it is ground level pool, view is okay, if you have a lil extra budget I would prefer pendry over this or hotel 1 which is next door for the same budget.

The staff at the hotel were some of the kindest and most professional employees in hospitality that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The room was perfect. As a single woman I felt totally and completely safe at all times. I loved it. I’m looking forward to my next stay the next time i’m in LA.

Hotel is very good,but he has problems with coffe shop on first floor.Working only till 11 am,with out sign,poor selection of pastries,and one person working very slowly,last time I waiting over 15 min for one cup of coffee. Price more then in Starbucks.

We are a family of four with two teenage girls and a dog and it was not kid friendly + pet fee and not “pet friendly” and seemed to cater to outside guests rather than hotel guests. - The pool became 21+ after 1pm w/ dress code for the evening - Dress code for the restaurant next to it - No green spaces for pets - not sound proof with the parties going on below or nearby Overall would not stay if bringing family or pets. And we were not made aware of dress codes until we walked up to it.
