the check in was smooth however, there was a line due to only having one person but, she was great and pleasant overall. leaving the location however, should be smooth. I called for help to exit because i couldn't find my ticket unfortunately but, she asked for me to come inside instead of opening the gate, but i understand now that a ticket needs to be generated other than that my experience was good although i was there for a short time frame

Front desk staff all were very nice. I had a mini fridge in my room. No microwave but they do have one downstairs if needed. Security was always on alert about everything and was very nice as well.
