During check-in, there was a miscommunciation with the front service staff that 2 queen beds room that I booked were not ready and I had to wait a few more hours. However, he didn't offer late check out nor price difference if I had to take 2 double beds room. He finally said he would talk to the manager and came back with the answer saying 2 queen beds room is available. I was confused on why he told me that that room wasn't ready in the first place.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Customer service was great. The surrounding areas, a block away, were somewhat sketchy and seemed unsafe to walk after dark.
