Great stay at this property. Only “con” was the wait staff in bar/restaurant. Done staff was very impersonal and ignored me until I asked for a menu. Too busy visiting with each other than attending to guests. Otherwise everything else was great!

My recent stay at Palihouse West Hollywood was nothing short of incredible, thanks to the exceptional service from Morgan, her colleague, and the valet staff. Morgan, in particular, is an absolute rockstar and truly deserves a raise! From the moment we arrived, she made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. Not only did she accommodate our request for an early check-in (which was a huge help), but she also surprised us by upgrading our room! We were initially trying to downgrade since our friend changed plans, and we only needed one bed, but Morgan went above and beyond with this unexpected treat. Her friendliness and professionalism really made her stand out. She was so warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The valet staff were also fantastic—prompt, courteous, and always helpful. Overall, this experience was the highlight of our stay. Thank you, Morgan and the team, for making our time at Palihouse unforgettable

I thoroughly enjoyed the staff and also the motif of the hotel I thought it was cute using plates and that for room numbers I had the master suite and overlooked both street corners thought it was magnificent I usually stay down the street at the La Sofitel. I will be staying here more

Palihouse is quaint with nostalgic decor set in a modern build. The staff is very helpful as well and we're kind enough to give us a complimentary drink ticket for the bar (we used ours for coffee there but alcohol was allowed). Unfortunately you will be paying quite a bit for parking as they don't have a self park option, but overall the experience was lovely and well located.

Pros: THE BED! So comfy! Nespresso machine, shower was heavenly with the rain shower head! Cons: street facing window you can hear really loud cars and motorcycles.
