Absolutely clean but the property is in rough shape. Desk staff were incredibly friendly, and it is what I needed for one night for business travel. Huge bonus was the included parking.

The property was very very outdated. The hallway carpet was also very dingy and not to mention that even tho the say “non-smoking” the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. We stayed in the second floor and we could hear everything happening above us. In the morning the staff is very loud and you can hear everything through the doors and under the door because of how large the gap is from the door to the floor. I will say tho that our bed was clean and so was the bathroom and room.

Room was very run down and not very clean. Our room was nowhere near what the pictures looked like on the website. Our toilet was not working properly and they did not have maintenance on site to take a look or any other rooms available to move us. Very disappointing

It is a good hotel for the price specially on weekend nights that other places become more expensive. Large room with large bathroom with small fridge and microwave in room. They are a bit too strict about check-in time. I went to front desk at 2:51PM to check in and the clerk looked up to the clock on the wall in a sign that it was not 3PM yet although checked me in a little later.
