There is no hotwater n the AC N HEATING system is nonfunctional . The staff pretty much tells u to deal with it or go somewhere else.. do not come here , not worth the price...

Last choice on the road.
$15.00daily parking fee. Nasty lot. Property not really cleaned, house keeping carts parked outside in all weather. 3rd world like. Many issues in room. Too much pot smoking. Entire place needs a face lift. Parking was terable especially for handicap. And they charge for it.

Property was ok, however, the room was slightly dirty, as there were remnants of dog food from the previous stay, on the floor in plain view. Also, there is no airport shuttle, as the location is nearby the airport, and it was not noted anywhere before booking. Otherwise, I woulda booked somewhere else, as I had pay for Uber to get me to/from the airport. Not good at all.

Terrible musty odor in the penthouses. They changed our first one and then found the same odor in the other one too. Outside, there is an extensive weed smell coming from the parking lot which is actually surrounding the whole property. So, you got weed smell everywhere on the property. The penthouses are probably not being used that much. So, when we got there, toiletries were not restocked neither were the shampoo, body-wash…etc.

Our place did not have blankets and pillows for the sofa bed. We had to request them abd when they were delivered, we asked for 2 more towels since there were only 2 in the bathroom. The kid that delivered the pillows said he would bring the towels in the morning and they never were delivered.

Always a pleasure
Every time I'm in Ontario California I always stay at this hotel. They're very nice. They always remember me and they always have the greatest amenities with a lot of privacy. Also, parking is secure and they've always handled every request I've ever had. I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in Ontario California

Front desk staff were great, food staff great. Housekeeping not so great, they do a mediocre job. I understamd that they are doing upgrades to the property. Only property in the USA i know of that charges you to park in there shabby parcking lot, allthough they have security.

Requests Don't Matter
Don't bother leaving a request. Hotels.com and Residence Inn don't care. Reserved our stay 2 months early for a 2 room residence for old people (70+). Instead was given per the front desk employee "the only room left" speech on the 2nd floor. 2 months ahead of time booking and that's what was left, really! Room is in need of an update. Funiture torn, carpet worn out, beds & pillows not comfortable at all. The room smelled of course (that should mean something when old people said it smelled). Oh yeah, AC or heat forget about it. Residence Inn blamed Hotels.com and couldn't compensate us a discount for our stay. They said we should have booked through Marriot, and we would have been taken care of properly.
