This an absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything is wonderful from the fantastic service to the amenities. Our apartment was lovely. Super clean and smelled amazing. Only downside is there isn’t a microwave in the kitchen. Not a huge issue to go and use the communal one, but it feels weird having a full kitchen and no microwave. I love that each room has a washer and dryer. Was super convenient as this was our last stop on a month long trip. Our dryer wasn’t working properly however and it kept stopping in the middle of a cycle. Location is pretty good. Super close to the 7th st metro station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby including a great whole foods. It’s not a super safe area, though. Totally fine in the day but at night it felt a little scary to be out. All in all I’d definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was given a really nice corner unit with lots of windows that I really enjoyed. I was only here for less than a week, but do think it would also be a good fit for longer trips/short term rentals for work as well, as it was spacious and had a nice kitchenette. It was very clean, and I felt safe. Both the building entrance and unit required access code or the app to open. Security or staff was onsite in the lobby most of the time when I was coming in and out. I felt fine staying here as an individual traveling solo to a new city for the first time! I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area! Also is very close to public transit if you aren’t renting a car with about a 7 minute walk, which makes it easy to get around.

Absolutely amazing stay at Sonder, Fully renovated apartment with great air conditioning and appliances Unmatched prices. I’ll definitely be going here again The only inconvenience is the noise at late night but it’s downtown so it was expected.

Clean and modern hotel room in a shabby area
Room was very comfortable and spacious. It would have been good to have a television set-up that didn't require you to log in with accounts to basic channels such as ESPN or TNT. There were a number of weird and wonderful noises coming from the street during the night. The hotel is not in the flashest area of downtown however the hotel is clean, modern and safe. They should promote the public carparking facilities which are close by (50 metres around the corner) and reasonably priced. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room. The hotel is an easy 20-30 minute walk to Crypto.com Arena/L.A. Live and the walk is as safe as you will get downtown.

Great room. With plenty of space. Everything you need. Very clean. Not particularly a nice area but surrounded by jewellery shops, and some nice restaurants everything elsr was a bit of a walk or drive. I would stay here again.

This is downtown LA for good or for bad. It is far from quiet, firetruck sirens at 4am will wake you, street noise will wake you, I would not recommend it for a single woman, BUT you will find 50 different places to have a drink each with a different atmosphere, only a block away. Extremely different places to have something to eat for all cost or taste on the same block. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. The gym is really nice. The terrace is fantastic. A great place to sit, have a beer and meet your neighbors. So depending on what you're looking for it could be perfect or not. So so

This location is next to skid row and incredibly noisy. They did include ear plugs and white noise which was at least an attempt to mitigate. But the location and parking was in what looked like a post apocalyptic dystopia. Streets smelled of urine and feces. Disgusting. Indoors was fine and the room was nicely appointed at least. Sonder app was very difficult to set up on my phone and klunky to use.
