Wonder the Winfield had an easy check in and out and was extremely convenient. The rooms/apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well appointed. The only other suggestion I would have is to have a microwave in room. The apartments are on a city street, so can hear city noises- but Sonder even provides a sound machine and ear plugs. Overnight parking available right next door to building. Would definitely return!

Excellent Hotel! Iffy Area
The hotel itself was excellent. I really enjoyed the stay. The location however, was iffy after sunset. Probably not the safest area to be lurking around at night. Also, parking is an additional $10-$25 a night depending on where you leave your vehicle.

Beautiful place to stay.
The room was beautiful, but the lights and creeping bathroom door were very annoying. The lights were not easy to operate and on motion mode. Every time we would move, the lights would come on. Wasn’t sure how to remove that mode. We slept on the sofa coach in the living room to be able to watch TV since there wasn’t one in the bedroom. The bathroom door creeks and needs oiling and T stove top was hard to figure out. Instructions to lights and stove would be nice. Double pane windows would be nice to keep out the street noise. Could hear sirens through the night.

This place was great, even if and especially because it was in dingy downtown L.A., with fancy delicious restaurants all over. We excepted a low service highly automated experience but instead there was a small, really helpful welcome team, security & all the cleaning staff seemed happy. Everyone wanted to help. Room felt like a perfect, tiny downtown apartment I could have thrived in for years. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Super super noisy. Sirens and loud cars, Harley's all night. Loved the hotel and the staff, but would not stay here again because of the noise and how unsafe DTLA has become. There are zombies everywhere now and the stench is horrible.
