Great for easy convention center trips
four of us stayed here for a convention at the LA convention center. It did the trick: clean, easy to get to the center, four bedrooms. I took off one star because there were no cleaning products anywhere in the entire house (other than hand and dish soap), and one of our people stepped in dog dirt and tracked it inside before noticing. It made cleaning up pretty difficult, and led to a stressful evening. Having a few cleaning products on hand would go a long way. The owner was very responsive though, and offered to have the cleaning crew drop some off the next morning - but for obvious reasons we couldn't wait. We used dish soap and toilet paper to clean, as there also weren't enough paper towels. Other than that it's totally fine. The neighborhood is a little noisy and there is no street parking, but we easily fit two cars in the spots, and even fit a third by stack parking in the garage. This wouldn't be my first choice of a home again, but it's totally serviceable and find for not being there other than to sleep.

Spring Break trip Lovely home but no frills
My husband and I took our twins & 5 of their friends on a spring break trip. The house was easy to find and get into. Location is really not ideal & I refused to let any of the kids (all are 17 & 18) out after dark. The house was lovely inside & roomy for the 9 of us. It was clean, but with all the tile, leather sofas and grey walls it just felt a little cold/echo-ee. I brought blankets and pillows from the car to give the place a warmth. The kitchen was equipped to cook a few meals. They had salt & pepper, oil and garlic salt but little else. Pancake mix was available along with syrup. Instant coffee and a few herbal teabags. Also, they really had no storage containers for food (I bought a couple at dollar tree & left them) Also no kitchen linens! There was one sponge and a small yellow towel. The upstairs was nicely laid out & perfect for our group. Towels for each room already assigned on each bed but none to spare! Also 2 kids forgot beach towels and we had to go buy them. Extra towels (or beach towels) would have been lovely but was not a deal breaker. There really was nothing extra with this house. No games or books/puzzles etc. Not even a notebook, pens or pencils. If you don't bring it, it isn't there! The only other downside was that the 2 rooms that had TVs didn't matter because they aren't hooked up so we couldn't use them. (again, not a deal breaker, but weird)Lastly watch out for that garage, it's a tight/angled fit with a Honda Odyssey! (once in, you're fine)

Great stay in LA
In town for a volleyball tournament. Very close to downtown convention center (10min). The neighborhood is older and has a bit of roughness but the property itself is very safe! Locked gate and ability to put car in garage for added security. Never had an issue. Fully stocked kitchen utensils with coffee and tea pot. Even left breakfast items like oatmeal and pancakes. Nice touch. Rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Clean towel set on each bed. Fully remodeled with plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!!

The BMO Stadium House!
I have been to LA multiple times and wouldn't choose the area as my first choice but decided to give this a try as it was close to the BMO Stadium for a concert I was attending. We needed to stay close as we had early plans at the venue. The place provided ample amount of space, toiletries, garage parking (and also gated housing so we felt safe), and the washer / dryer really came in clutch for some of us too. Overall, the space accommodated the 6 of us really well and would be willing to stay here again because of how clean and simple it was. Thanks again to our host.

Great property for USC events
Everything was excellent and the location was perfect for our USC family weekend. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness, ease of check in, kitchen, and bed comfort. I will definitely try to use the property again and would highly recommend for USC families.

Great House close to USC
This is a very nice newer house. There are a couple dings/dents on the kitchen appliances but overall the property is great. A ton of space. The neighborhood is a bit shady and there was quite a bit of noise early in the evening. Overall our group felt safe and had no problems. Very close to USC campus and other local sports attractions.

Very spacious 4 bed 2 bath house. was afraid there wouldn’t be street parking but this place was very spacious and can hold 4 plus compact cars within the house area, also gated so we felt safe. Owner was accommodating to our early check in and everything was smooth checking in and out. 1.5 miles to la coliseum. Would definitely recommend!
