Property management nice enough but didn’t make it worth it
Unfortunately the stay was less than par. The house itself as well as laundry seemed dirty. Whether it was the last tennants that didn’t strip beds or not, the host or cleaning crew didn’t check to make sure beds weren’t slept in. Or tried to play it off that they were “clean enough”. You get what you pay for in the area so we weren’t expecting the nicest of houses, but we at least expected the place to be clean. Also in the listing it states that there’s two parking spots, so after driving two cars across state lines and getting it late, we assumed we wouldn’t have to fight for where to park, but again we were wrong. We were able to find one street parking spot after about 30 minutes of driving around. When we reached out he said “it’s the holiday weekend”. It worked for a place to stay but wouldn’t rwccomend or do again.

Should not be on VRBO
This is not a great place to stay to say the least. This would serve more as a low rent apartment than a vacation rental. There are numbers things you won’t see in the pictures that will truly disappoint you. Here are just a few… In the bedroom when you turn off the lights ALL the receptacles lose power. Not good when you use a CPAP. The master bedroom has a King mattress on a queen box spring. There is parking in the description but when you get there all the spots are take and when we did managed to get one we were asked to get out of it by one of the permanent tenants (this is a multi unit building) because it was one of there spots. The unit had a foul smell that most likely was from an animal. One of us is allergic to cats and he had a reaction while sitting on the couch (sneezing, rash, watery eyes). One of the bathroom sinks was stopped up and would not drain at all. The kitchen has no dishwasher and mediocre housewares at best. When the people next door would sit on the porch and smoke the smell would creep into our unit (there is a shared front porch). I honestly could go on but I think I’ve made my point. I did communicate a few of these concerns to the property contact but received no response. The only positive thing I can say about this place is it has a tankless water heater which worked great for 7 people showering and such.
