Front desk was very helpful, everything is updated. We just didn’t like that towels were stained, bedsheet was stained. Fresh towels were replaced daily but not the bed sheets. On the website it mentioned fresh towels and bed sheets daily. Floor was not swept either.

The property looked well maintened overall and the check-in and checkout processes were smooth. However, the bathroom was barely clean with dirt stain in the Toilet and a broken flush handle. Blood stain on the sheet (that had been washed but very noticeable). The stains should have been the giveaway that there was indeed *BED BUGS*. We got home and we are covered in bites. Finally the next morning we got our very own alarm in a form of a dog that could not stop barking.

I had a problem in the first room and after a little fussing I was moved to a better room that was much better. Although the staff is very curt and borderline rude! It’s offensive and off putting. The property is well maintained, it can get noisy in the evening but overall not bad for the price.
