What is up with hotels nowadays with their see through bathrooms??? Our stay was pleasant but having a glass room for a bathroom is the dumbest idea I’ve ever seen.

The place was ok. Strange bathroom glass doors that show you practically everything inside. Not much privacy. The AC has one mode. So when it’s on, it’s freezing. When it’s off, it’s really hot. No happy medium and couldn’t control the temp coming out of the wall unit AC. Other than that it was a decent place

It's a great location if you want to experience Sunset Blvd. and WEHO. I have just a couple of complaints: the automatic blinds did not work in the room, and the bathroom was tiny. When we went the bar was not open due to staffing issues.

Overall terrible experience. Service was poor; I checked in an hour past check-in time, I offered my friend to wait in my room as hers wasn’t ready at 4pm, by the time her room was ready and she had to push for it, it was almost 6pm. Due to this inconvenience, we asked for late check out at 12:30pm so we could get back from the conference we were attending during lunch time; the staff told me after noon they will charge us. Very bad customer care on this matter. My blanket had a stain on it that looked like blood; I asked for a replacement and they brought a fresh one, though quality control is obviously lacking. The lady who looked like the manager was not friendly, had a grumpy face during our check-out and despite hearing our request for late check-out due to make up for the very late check-in on their part did not care to communicate or assist to make us feel valued as customers. Terrible experience overall and will not return.

Good parking lot and nice rooms. The frosted bathroom door facing the bedroom was an interesting choice though. Lol. The rooms are spacious and clean. And theres a fridge. No microwave though.
