Friend front desk staff. Daily Parking rate could be considered high but not sure how it compares to other nearby hotels. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. No firm pillows unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again.

We called to let them know we’d be getting in a day later and to not release our rooms. They said they added that note to our file. But when we arrived, they said there was no such note and had given away our rooms. Thankfully they found to for my colleague and I, but it was a hassle and I felt like I had to beg for something I both paid for and communicated to the hotel as was my responsibility.

Comfortable stay in LA
Timely pickup with frequent shuttle service at the airport. This was appreciated after a long flight. Clean room with comfortable bedding. The only issue was that we couldn’t open the sofa bed. Overall, great stay in a convenient location close to the airport and SoFi stadium.
