Girls Santa Monica Getaway

Our group of six ladies had a wonderful stay. The unit was super clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location is a quick drive away from the pier or Hollywood. The host was qyuick to respond to questions. If it wasn’t for the confusing check-in information and the wrong address listed it would be five stars.

Do yourself a favor and run from this property as fast as you can. The apartment was not as described in the listing. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen was so poorly stocked it was difficult to use. The bed in the master bedroom was broken and only usable on one side. The dryer was broken and so loud it was impossible to use while you were in the apartment. The AC unit was so loud it was impossible to use and sleep at the same time. There was not much lighting in the apartment. Except for the kitchen lights. My wife and two boys were forced to leave the unit days earlier than we had planned or hoped as it was so unfit. We're still waiting for a proper response to our concerns from the host. Their ongoing response to us is "please give us more time to respond." What are they waiting for? As the refund policy ended before we checked in we basically lost a thousand dollars and received no refund. When we would ask for help, we would often get a message back from different people who wouldn't really have any idea what was going on. Have never had such a disappointing stay at a rental. Not the penthouse we hoped for.

A bit shabby

This place is great for the location and there is a lot of light. The pool and hot tub are also nice. This unit had a lot of problems, though. Washer was broken, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom, the floors were not clean enough, the furniture was in poor shape. We discovered why the bed was sagging so much on night three, when we lifted the mattress to find several broken slats. Also the headboard smelled like French fries for some reason. However, the owner and manager were polite and responsive.

Nice 3BR apartment, good location

Has everything you need, good bedrooms, nice living room space to hang out. AC is *very* noisy though, hopefully gets addressed before hot weather hits next year, wasn't a problem for us in late Oct. to shut it off for the night.

Amazing Vacation GETAWAY

The Property was Clean and Neat. The Check In was Easy. There is Good Amount of Space for Friends and Family. The Area is Nice and Beautiful. They Had Full Size Kitchen with Space. Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Keurig for Coffee or Latte. The Bedroom are Big and Nice Size.The Patio has nice view of the city. Very Close to Starbucks, And Grocery Store and close to a lot of things in the city. Would Come back again with Family and Friends 5/5 Star Rating. Chris P
