Totally Unsatisfactory- Don’t stay here
Wasn’t that good. It all started when we checked in, the room assigned had not been cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, I requested another room. The room was smaller than usual for a one queen bed size room. The dresser had no drawers, there was no chair (not even a. Foldable one) or a small round table and no night stand on one side and there was room. The vanity electric plug did not work and no towel rack in the restroom and no hook on the door. We weren’t pleased with this stay, fortunately it was only for one (1) night. The so called Continental Breakfast wasn’t that great, there were no bagels, muffins, cookies and the sausages were over cooked and crispy and the potatoes were very small and dry. There wasn’t instructions on how to make the waffles, there wasn’t any bacon, the egg kept warm with hot water under the pan and eggs didn’t taste like eggs it was pure water. Our titan was $91.08, I’d say it’s work half of that. And they deducted a deposit of $50.00, which we believe, is ridiculous because we paid with debit and it was automatically withdrawn right away. We were told it will reverse in7-10 business days, how unacceptable is that!!

Easy check in and check out. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Felt safe. The only bad things were the door blocker was broken. The window lining walls had cracks so we can hear everything outside. My deluxe room did not have a mini refrigerator as advertised. Breakfast did not have any fruits or juice. All the options were just water. Overall, it was good because the staff were very sweet.

Staffs were very nice. Double bed room was small. Shower water pressure was low. Hot water was not hot at all. Meduim sized towels looked like the floor rugs/towels from pther hotel stays we've been too. Hot breakfast was okay. Guests seemed to still be up at 3:00 AM. You can hear people talking outside.

Disgusting hotel
Absolutely disgusting hotel. It was dirty. AC didnt work. They made us give a $200 CASH ONLY deposit and didnt warn us ahead of time. Bathroom was disgusting. Tub was leaking and had mold. Paid extra for a 'delux' room and it wasnt even that. Such a poor experience we ended up leaving early because we were so disgusted.
