It was our first visit to this property and it was a great week. We plan to return next year. Only downsides…. Food and drinks on property are overpriced considering the alcoholic beverages were not strong at all. Other downside is the fact it is too dangerous to swim in the ocean in that area. Other than that, the property and staff were great!!

It is better to purchase the cheapest roon you need. The serenity pool view rooms are wonderful, but we really had to argue a while to get the Serenity view room that we pre paid extra for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is very clean and well cared for. The dining options are a bit limited but the tacos from their taco bar are excellent. The food is very expensive at both restaurants on the property. I would highly recommend a room with an ocean view.

The resort is five star. Excellent service and very attentive to the needs whether it is on the beach or pool side, or in the resort Vegas negative was the horrible music that was played out at the pool and the beach. Most of it was very high paced beat techno music . Save that for Miami Beach

This property is one of the most well kept properties. They even go as far as changing out the pool filter grates daily. It’s beyond amazing how clean and well kept this resort is. Great location, easy walk to stores and restaurants. The safe is the most friendly however check in and check out is stupid slow. Give yourself adequate time to check out. Much of the property is cashless so make sure you have credit cards on hand unless you want to charge to your room which it is super easy. 10/10 I recommend you stay here!!!

The resort was stunningly beautiful and the service when were arrived was impeccable. Our room was beautiful, but because we booked through Expedia, our balcony faced a literal wall. We had no outside garden view, and we were facing the side of a building, so that was very disappointing. Another downside was the restaurants on site. The first night we ate at Flor de Noche, where my son was served raw chicken tenders. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told the restaurant is a 3rd party facility and they are not employees of the hotel, and then proceeded to give me the run around about refunding me for the food. Besides that, the hotel employees are wonderful and the location is very accessible to surrounding areas. We mostly got around in Uber and only paid a few bucks a ride.

I love the attentiveness of the staff. There were plenty of beach loungers and options just to relax in many different areas. I can’t wait to return to see the completed updated pool and restaurant. I wish there were more dining options onsite.
