It was alright, not the best not the worst. This is my second time returning to Cabo and I honestly wouldn’t chose to stay here again. If you are looking for a budget friendly place this one is for you. If you are looking for good food and service I’d pay a little more for a different place.

Service at this hotel is not good at all. They’re clearing trying to cut corners as much as possible to save money. Definitely more of a party hotel than anything. Rooms were decent and clean but that was really the only good aspect. Cannot swim in the ocean out front of the resort as the current is too strong. No jacuzzis as well on any of the riu resorts. Staff wasn’t helpful…we had no WiFi for 3 days and first front desk staff said it would take a while but lied…second staff sent someone right away and fixed out WiFi and phone…24 hr service had no food service…way too loud with resort next to us owned by same company

The staff was amazing! Everyone always had a smile and ready to help or answer a question. Room was clean and fridge was stocked with drinks and mixers. We had an issue with the phone in our room, the staff was up quickly to correct the issue

Please beware of the false advertising. This resort advertises resort credits but when you arrive they will argue with you and refuse to honor it . This property is for people who’s single and like to party only not couple friendly in my opinion!
