It would ne nice addition if they offered a relaxing area to smoke a cigar. They only offered a shade umbrella and a tall table with ashtrays in tucked away corners. No seating

Room service was horrible. Food wasn’t good. Everything closes at 10pm except Bar at 11:30. Transportation you can get from Hotel ie Grayline transportation is horrible.

The building and facilities were nice. The staff were very friendly. Food was great at times but sometimes just okay. I thought they would have at least one pool open in the evening but they didn’t. Music was pretty loud at poolside. All in all it was good and we had a nice time

Great location, very friendly staff, lots of options for diet restricted people such as gluten free (contamination I can’t vouch for) great drinks, many activities! Such a beautiful resort, well ran, and meticulously cleaned! Would book again in a heartbeat

When I checked in I was given the wrong room. I paid extra for a room with two beds and was give one with only one and was told that was all they had, when I booked my trip many months before, other than that the stay was good, having the mini bar restocked didn’t happen as often as it was supposed to either even when I requested it unfortunately

This was our second stay at Riu Palace. On our second afternoon I became quite ill due to food poisoning and was confined in our room for a day and a half. Room service changed our sheets out twice that day without a beat. I like this property and will most likely return in the future.

Beautiful and clean hotel with the heated infinity pools and multiple dining options. Our favorite was Kristal restaurant. The young waitress Blanca was so nice and helpful. Great service! The views are incredible! The beach is public. It’s non-swimmable in front of the hotel due to steep slope and big waves, but you can walk about 10 min along the beach and swim there.
