Great views, entertainment and service. Food options could improve by including more Asian cuisine. Need improvement with Internet service. Pretty bad and limited WiFi connectivity.

The hotel was very old, with dirty and smelly rooms. There were bugs inside due to the building’s age and leaning condition. The food quality was very poor, with limited options except on Thanksgiving Day, when the variety and taste improved. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the entertainment for kids and parties. However, the rooms and restaurants were not worth the money spent.

Our toliet, fridge, air condtioner, cold water, and TV didn't work at check in. Finally after multiple times going to the front desk we got a diffrent room the next day. After all the problems i asked for 1 hr late check out and was told no.

I went with my friends for a one week stay and we loved the different options we had to select in food. All the restaurants had delicious food and great customer service. The hotel was clean, the entertainment was really nice, family friendly. The only surprise I had was our room was all the way in the back, which happened to have the club, which was music playing till 11:30, it wasn't too loud, but we can hear it in the room. It wasn't bad, I think for my next choice I would select a room away from that area. Everything else was awesome, view was beautiful right by the beach.

Overall, it was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the bar staff were always incredibly and the hotel was beautiful. Wish they had room service (food) or a microwave in the rooms.

The only issue I had was that we stayed for my Birthday. This was told to the hotel ahead of time. Typically if you stay at a resort and they have the knowledge they will at least provide a card, chocolate, basket, etc. No acknowledgment of the birthday was ever mentioned.

Bathrooms were very clean but stayed in building 9 and couldn’t sleep with people yelling outside of my room Food was cold but God would have been great if hot
