Loved the beauty and the staff of the resort. The restaurant staff needs to be updated on what “gluten free” means and the chefs need to up their game on gluten free choices in every restaurant and the buffet. The food choices for gluten free were basically non existent.

Constant loud pounding music I sat in 2 different restaurants and no one came to take my order I think they are under staffed There is beach access but it is too dangerous to go in the water and difficult to get to a safe beach

Overall great experience. Close to marina for walking so we didn’t have to wait on a car service. Would be nice if they offered shuttle to airport as part of stay.

The pools were great, but needed to be heated more consistently. The ocean was beautiful but not swimable. Some of the rooms are inconvenient to get to. Our room overlooked the marina but the seals bark even at night. The room was huge with a living room and a water cooler for drinking. The food was great for an all inclusive. Restaurants did not need reservations! Service was wonderful. The drinks were what you expect for an all inclusive. The evening entertainment was fun. The sports bar had a pool table. The resort had a great - I’m in Mexico vibe! Many weddings going on. The “town” is right across the street and felt safe and fun. The resort is 45 minutes away from the airport if you get a direct ride. Unfortunately, We dropped off people at a few hotels on our way and it took 2 hrs.

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The staff are friendly. The facility is clean.Yuki at the pool was amazing. She wasn’t a fan of the food.

Sandos Finisterra is amazing. The staff were awesome Carlos poolside was very attentive. Yuki, Carmen and Fernando were amazing. We travelled with our daughter that is celiac and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she had food. We really liked the fact that it was restaurants and not a buffet except for breakfast. The cupcake cafe was great we had our morning coffee there. The white party they throw on Wednesday is phenomenal. I really can’t say any thing bad about this resort. The only thing is I wish we could have had lunch at tourtuga bay restaurant but it is reserved for elite members which there weren’t many eating in there in a daily basis. We will definitely going back.
