Great family night!
We had a fantastic night. There was a problem with how my bill was paid. I selected “pay at hotel,” wanting to use my debit card, and somehow at 3:00, my credit card was charged. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helped me understand what was going on. She was very kind through my huffiness. The room, shower, pool, and breakfast were all great. We had a wonderful night. Everyone was friendly!

Our room was fine, nothing fancy, but we were only coming through town for some museums and got there late and left early the next day. They put us in a handicapped room which we didn’t need, but I guess no one else needed it either. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, Belgian waffles, sausage and eggs, plus cereal, yogurt, etc. Very friendly staff.

Customer service was outstanding. The breakfast bar was nice as well. Overall stay was good for one night. The hallways and rooms weren't the cleanest and you can hear those above you walking so it's not a peaceful quiet stay. Again, good for one night only.

It was a basic hotel room but I felt I was getting something a little better until I arrived. Stains on sheets. Shower and Bath was outdated and somewhat discolored. Stains on carpets in rooms. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Just would prefer something a little better and more well kept.
