Charged twice and no one will take my calls
From my credit card statement, it looks like I was charged for 3 nights which was rung at the desk on my employers credit card so this reservation was charged twice. I’ve called 5 times over the past week and left 3 messages at length and no one will call back to straighten out the issue. I was told I ask for Ally, buy she won’t return a message or take my calls. Seems a bit of a corrupt way to do business

Loved the place only issue is they charge for parking. To me that’s nickel and dime to get extra money . If u get a room u should get a parking space just like a resident at home

We stayed here to attend a football game at the L&N Stadium. Stadium is walkable from the hotel. Hotel is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is near the airport so you will hear occasional sounds from that but the overall location and cleanliness of the hotel would be the reason I would stay there again.

The customer service at this hotel was below par. I called before our trip to verify a crib or pack 'n' play would be available for our stay and I was reassured they had several. When I requested one upon arrival I was told they were all broken. After asking that they check to see if they had any that were not broken - twice, they did finally bring one up to our room, that was broken. We had to ask for more towels multiple times. Everything seemed like an inconvenience.

It’s a new hotel in very good condition; standard hotel breakfast buffet with long lines at the waffle maker. Staff was all great. It’s sort of in the middle of nowhere so not many options nearby for dinner.
